Every paid seat is US$19 for 10 years (3,650 days from key issuance) per computer. This is not a lifetime license. Buy more computers at the same per-PC price — no automatic discount. Same app on every seat. Teams: formdd@xambrain.com
What you keep after you pay
- 10-year license (3,650 days from key issuance). Pay once for this term. No auto-renewal
- Setup updates while your key is valid. The expiry date is in the license bar
- Filling your own PDFs stops when that date passes unless you buy again
How to get a license
- Download Setup and try the sample forms. If Windows shows a warning, see the install guide.
- Copy the 16-character machine ID from the license bar.
- Pay, then email the ID to formdd@xambrain.com.
- Paste the key in the app. You do not reinstall.
Keys are not issued instantly on this site yet. Typical turnaround is one business day. You do not need the machine ID before you pay.
Policy
- 1 license = 1 computer
- Up to 2 PC replacements per license per year when the old PC is retired
- Works offline after activation. We do not host your PDFs
